Have you read any of the "Any Bitch Can Cook" series? They are actually pretty good. Being from the SW, I really like "Any Bitch can Salsa"!!!

It's a great week for cookbooks. This one includes a recipe for beef and bacon stew with crumbled blue cheese on top -- I know what I'm making the next time I need some comfort food.
