Most of us get a little thrill out of celebrity customers. A little bit ago, one of my co-workers ran up to me and whispered excitedly, "I just found a book for Marlee Matlin!" She stopped, blinked, and added, "I don't know why I'm whispering. It's not like she can
hear me."
